At Antibio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returning products purchased from our website at https://antibio.world.

This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Belgian consumer protection laws, and Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the period begins from the day you receive the last item.

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Products Eligible for Return

Products may be returned if:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product has not been used or consumed
  • The safety seal (if applicable) is intact
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receipt

4.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

As our products are dietary supplements with health and hygiene considerations, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

5. Return Process

5.1 Steps to Return a Product

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  5. Ship the product to the address provided

5.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5.3 Return Deadline

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Timeline

We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

6.2 Refund Method

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6.3 Refund Amount

The refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Standard delivery charges (if you return all items from an order)

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard delivery we offer, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

6.4 Deductions from Refund

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

7.1 Reporting Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at ask-us@antibio.world with:

  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

7.2 Remedies for Defective Products

For defective products, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund including shipping costs

We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

8. Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for:

  • Collection of the incorrect product at our expense
  • Delivery of the correct product, or
  • A full refund if you prefer

9. Legal Guarantee

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian and EU law. This guarantee applies if the product:

  • Does not match the description given
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not possess the qualities of similar products
  • Has a defect that makes it unfit for use

The legal guarantee period is 2 years from the date of delivery for new products.

10. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at ask-us@antibio.world. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
